Upper Limb Disorder

Upper Limb Disorder is a general term for pain from muscles, joints, nerves and tendons caused by repetitive movement and/or overuse.

The condition can affect the shoulders, elbow, wrist and hand and can not only cause pain but abnormal movement.

Physiotherapists are experts at diagnosing the condition and identifying the structure(s) at fault.  They utilise a range of treatments to reduce pain and restore movement.

- Shoulder Pain

- Tennis Elbow

- Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
